Spinach Soufflé Recipe
This spinach side dish is cheesy and full of eggs because it’s a soufflé. If you’re looking for a super easy and tasty side dish, this is it!
INGREDIENTS
- FROZEN SPINACH – It’s important to squeeze as much moisture as you can out of the spinach after it’s thawed.
- CREAM CHEESE
- MONTEREY JACK CHEESE – You can really use any cheese here. Mozzarella, cheddar, or even a spicy Pepper Jack would be good.
- EGGS
- PARMESAN
- BUTTER
- GARLIC
- SALT

- 1 (12 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry with paper towels
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 6 large eggs, , beaten
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter,, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven and grease a 9″ baking dish, square or round.

In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients and stir together well.
