- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
