Honey and Pecan-Glazed Salmon
If you’re looking for an easy dinner that’s actually healthy, this easy salmon recipe is for you! Salmon is rich in nutrients and is supposed to improve brain function.
INGREDIENTS
The marinade is made with three simple ingredients:
- Salmon – fresh salmon is always best but Costco sells frozen salmon filets that I like too. Wild salmon has a fishier taste but is also a healthy protein option.
- Honey – just a few tablespoons honey add enough sweetness to this dish.
- Soy Sauce
- Pecans
Stir the marinade ingredients together in a small bowl.
Let the salmon marinate in the honey mixture for at least 15 minutes. Then, place salmon filets in the baking dish
CAN I USE THIS RECIPE WITH OTHER TYPES OF FISH?
This sweet honey glaze works well with all types of fish. Salmon, tilapia, swordfish, halibut, or snapper would be great in this recipe.
STORAGE
Store leftover salmon in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days.
