Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well and pat dry with a paper towel.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in the cheddar and parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cooked cauliflower until well coated.
- Transfer the cauliflower mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with additional cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
