Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, cook the chicken pieces over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and
set aside. - In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce
is creamy. - Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the zucchini noodles (zoodles) to the skillet and toss until well combined and heated through.
- Serve the chicken Alfredo zoodles hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
