- 2 Zucchini cut into ¼ inch thick slices
- 1 lbs Low-Sodium Ground Beef
- 2 cups Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Basil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste

- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9″ x 13″ baking dish.
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain fat and stir in spaghetti sauce and garlic powder.
- Lay zucchini slices in the prepared baking dish. Layer with half of the meat sauce and top with half of the ricotta cheese.
- Sprinkle one cup of the mozzarella cheese over the top. Repeat layers, using remaining zucchini, meat, ricotta, and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle the basil, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes. Allow to cool and serve.
